Yesterday I passed a stress test.
Two tenants clogged up their toilets with toys.
That's a no-no and the first time we forgive them, but the second time means they pay for the maintenence.
I'm going to give them a notice but one of them will be owing money.
I guess I'll have to wait until my maintence man works so he can speak to them in espanol.
